The S&P 500 and Nasdaq headed toward record highs on Thursday, as President Donald Trump's growing frustration with the Federal Reserve's wait-and-watch stance on cutting interest rates fueled bets of more monetary policy easing ahead. .N

At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.63% at 43,252.21. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.50% at 6,122.39, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.46% at 20,064.83.
